What is needed to open a new mailbox?
Two forms of ID. One of which must be a photo ID. DL or Passport. Adress verification: Home or Vehicle Insurance, Current Lease, Nondrivers's ID Card, Mortgage or Deed of Trust, Voter Card, Car registration, Birth Certificates, Social Security Card, or Credit Cards are NOT accepted.
What mailbox sizes do we offer?
SHIP BURLINGTON, NC location offers small and medium 24/7 pick up boxes, and large storage space for pick up during opening hours. no price difference.
What if I have packages sent to my mailbox that will not fit in my mailbox?
We will gladly store them in a secure location for you and notify you by email or text that you have a package waiting for you.
Are you a P.O. box? What will my new address be?
No, we are not a P.O. box, you will have a physical address, perfect for business or personal use. Your new address will depend on the location. Unless you use our virtual service with anytime mailbox or ipostal.com by putting in 27215 in their search engine.

No, it does not, just come on in with your label on the package and we will take care of the rest.

What items do you need to get notarized?
Documents should be unsigned and you need a photo ID for each person.
Do you fax/copy/print?
Yes! We can do it all. Also take advantage of our email at rashad@shipburlington.com just email us your documents and we can print them out for you at either location.
